This page links to independent gambling-help organisations and explains plainly what this site can and cannot do about gambling risk. Anything that actually controls money or account activity happens elsewhere, not here.
Where are the help organisation links on this page?
Like every page of this site, this one carries links to three independent gambling-help organisations: GambleAware NSW, Gambling Help Online, and Responsible Gambling. Unlike the commercial links on this site, these three carry no sponsored marking, are set to nofollow, and open in a separate tab on the organisations' own websites. This site receives nothing when a reader follows them. They exist here as an independent source of help, nothing more is claimed about what they do.
How should a reader decide how much to risk?
Decide the amount before starting, and treat it as already spent the moment play begins. Deciding in advance removes the pressure of judging value in the moment, when losses or wins can distort what feels reasonable. Never chase a loss: trying to win back money already gone tends to increase the amount at risk rather than recover it. Keep gambling out of borrowed money, since that turns a leisure cost into a debt problem regardless of the outcome. Take breaks during play, so the decision to continue is made deliberately rather than out of momentum. If gambling stops feeling like entertainment and starts feeling necessary, involve someone else early, before the situation grows harder to talk about.
Who checks age, and where do account controls live?
The eighteen-and-over restriction is repeated throughout this build, including on the front page. Nobody's age is verified on this site, and no gambling takes place on it; any check of that kind happens at the destination a reader is sent to. Controls such as deposit caps, loss caps, reality checks, cooling-off periods or self-exclusion belong to an operator account. This site has no account, no form and no server-side application, so nothing published here can switch one of those controls on, check it, or enforce it. Once a reader follows an operator link and arrives at that third party, the destination's own rules, checks and account controls apply from that point on, not anything published here.
Is anything on this site targeted at a reader's behaviour?
No advertising or behavioural profiling network is present in these pages. Nothing here is built to target a reader who has shown signs of risky gambling behaviour, because this site has no mechanism to observe or act on that behaviour in the first place.
